DAMAGES & RETURNS

Return Policy

We hope that you love your Jé Luxe Co. goodies! Due to the essence of our brand & COVID-19, we are not accepting any returns or exchanges at this time. All sales are final. No cancellations or refunds. Used items are nonrefundable.

DAMAGES

All of our products are thoroughly inspected prior to packaging & shipping. Your order is always carefully packaged with transit & handling taken into consideration. However, damages can happen in transit beyond our control. Please inspect your order once you receive it & contact us immediately if your items are damaged, defective, or if you receive an incorrect order. We will replace items damaged in transit if available in stock.

HOW TO REQUEST

To initiate a damage claim, email us at jeluxeco@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your items. Be sure to include your original Order# in the subject line & attach photos of the original packaging & product damage in your email. Please allow up to 2 days for our team to review & respond to your claim. All emailed requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Please note: Product replacement is subject to availability. In the event your original item is no longer in stock, you will be issued a store credit. Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds back to your original form of payment. All approved damage requests will either receive a replacement of the original item ordered, or will be issued a store credit only.

Jé Luxe Co. does not provide return shipping labels as we are not accepting any returns or exchanges.

 

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
