SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for visiting & shopping Jé Luxe Co.  All items listed are available & ready to ship, unless otherwise noted or if the item may be personalized.

 

Please be mindful that envelopes, placeholders, savings challenges, & cups are all handmade & may have some discrepancies in sizes, cuts, finishes, etc. We strive to ensure the items are made as close to perfect as possible, but we are only human. Please only order if you accept this. 

 

PROCESSING 

 

Order processing times vary depending on demand. An email confirmation will be sent with tracking information once your order has been processed. Once shipped, you can expect to receive your package within 2-7 days. We process & ship orders Monday-Saturday, excluding holidays when the US postal service is closed.

 

*Shipping time does not include processing time.

* Pre-ordered items will have updated tracking information once your order has shipped.

 

DELAYS

 

Once your parcel is scanned by the courier, we have no control over how long your package will take to arrive. Jé Luxe Co. is not liable for any delays, re-routes, or failed deliveries of your package(s). Shipping times may vary depending on package origin, destination and weather conditions.

 

Processing times may be delayed during holidays, sales, or special events due to high order volume. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible & will notify you via email of any significant delays in processing or in shipping your order. 

 

LOST PACKAGES

 

Jé Luxe Co. is not liable or responsible for lost or misplaced packages delivered by USPS or UPS. Claims for missing packages are handled by the courier only. If your tracking shows 'Delivered' but you have not received your package please contact your local postal office & email jeluxeco@gmail.com. Jé Luxe Co. is not liable or responsible for incorrect delivery of shipments due to the incorrect address being entered during checkout. Please double-check your shipping and billing information prior to completing your order. We are unable to make changes to delivery addresses once your order has been shipped. Typically, orders are delivered within 2-7 days of the shipping date.

 

FEES 

 

Currently we ship within the US only. All orders over $75.00 qualify for free shipping & handling automatically. 

 

*Please note: shipping & handling fees are nonrefundable. Refer to our Return Policy.
